When you join our waitlist, we collect your name, mobile number, business name, suburb/postcode, trade, and how you typically get enquiries. Once you're a customer, we collect the information needed to run your quoting — your business details, your customers' contact details and job information, and payment details processed by Stripe (we never store card numbers ourselves).
To run the ByTheMetre service, to contact you about your waitlist application or account, and to improve the product. We don't sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.
Service providers that make ByTheMetre work — hosting, SMS/WhatsApp delivery (Twilio), payments (Stripe), and email delivery — under their own privacy and security terms.
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to what we're required to keep for legal or accounting reasons. Contact info@limak.com.au.
