ByTheMetre provides quoting software for Australian fencing contractors. Quotes generated through the service are estimates built from the contractor's own rates and are subject to site inspection — ByTheMetre is not a party to the contract between the contractor and their customer.
Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. No lock-in contract — cancel any time from your dashboard, effective at the end of the current billing period.
You're responsible for the accuracy of your rate card, the licences and insurance you hold, and for reviewing and approving quotes before they're sent to your customers.
Customer deposits are processed by Stripe directly to your connected account, at Stripe's standard processing rates. ByTheMetre does not hold customer funds.
ByTheMetre is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
